A BROMYARD company is appealing against the slow decision-making by Herefordshire Council.

Vixmead Ltd has appeal to the Deputy Prime Minister because Herefordshire Council has taken too long to decide on a Bringsty planning application.

The firm has lodged an appealed against the council which has been studying a proposal to install a new vehicle access to a tip at Woodend Coppice for more than two months. The appeal will take place at 10am on Wednesday, July 9, at Hereford Town Hall.
