Two West Midlands poets, Roz Goddard and Parm Kaur, will be reading their work at Leominster library tomorrow at 7.30pm in a free event as part the library's tenth anniversary celebrations.

Roz Goddard has written two collections of poetry for adults. The most recent Girls in the Dark was published in 2002 by Dagger Press. Her work for children has been anthologised by MacMillan and her most recent commission from the Poetry Society appears in Britain, due out on National Poetry Day in October.

Parm Kaur is a poet and theatre director working in the creative arts for over 15 years. She has performed her work nationally and internationally and on Radio 3 and 4, and received the Saccan Award for Poetry and a Hawthornden International Writing Fellowship in 2000. She is currently Poet in Residence at Greenwich Maritime Museum.

The event is being staged under the 'Poetry on Loan' scheme which promotes poetry readings in libraries throughout the West Midlands. Leominster Library is a registered 'Poetry Place' and can offer free tickets.

They can be collected from the library or seats can be reserved on 01432 383290.
