A MAN wearing nothing but green Wellington boots exposed himself to a woman horse rider.
The woman was riding along Tow Tree Lane in Burghill at around 7.15pm on August 27, when she was confronted by the man who is described as white, around 24 years old, 5ft 6ins tall and of medium build. Police want to trace the driver of an old Volvo estate car who would have passed the woman riding her horse in the lane earlier.Anyone with information should contact DC Alex Graham at Hereford CID on 08457 444 888 or call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
