I WRITE to agree with the letter 'Bump and Humps' last week.
On the day of the protest hundreds from Grandstand Road, Westfields and Bobblestock had no buses because the service had been blocked. As yet no apology has been issued by the Redhill community or councillors to the people who missed appointments, were late for work or for the elderly left holding their shopping for up to an hour.
If they are such community minded do-gooders why were chip papers, tissues, cans etc. left on the green area for several days after the protest?
Why don't they get out and clean what must be the most disgusting bus shelter in Hereford and really do some good for the community?
All these people have succeeded in doing is making our journey more prolonged down a bumpy, back-jarring litter filled alley which is Stanberrow Road.
BUS DRIVER.
