Welsh Water will hold a fact-finding public meeting to discover if Ledbury people are happy with their supply.
The Watervoice session will take place two years after the town suffered earthy water due to an "algal bloom", caused by a hot summer. Since then, investment in better filtration systems means the problem appears to have disappeared.
Stuart Thomas, a representative for Welsh Water with a special responsibility for Herefordshire, said: "This is a chance for people to have their say, if they have a view or any problems."
The meeting is on Thursday (September 25), at 1.30pm, at the Barn House in New Street.
