SOUTH Hereford HUNT - On Tuesday January 20, the South Hereford Hunt met at Ruth and Brian Lee's farm on Welsh Newton Common for the first time in 30 years. The hunt was well supported by 25 mounted follower and about 40 foot followers including their oldest supporters Mrs. Bridget Scott aged 102 and Mrs Marjorie Probyn, aged 93, whose wood provided the hounds with the first draw. A good day was enjoyed by all thanks to the hospitality of local farmers and landowners. The joint masters Mr Mal Williams and Major Patrick Darling are hoping to make this an annual fixture
