LOUISE Mercer has become the latest success story to have emerged from the leading traditional training provider Herefordshire College of Technology.
Louise, from Belmont, was highly commended in the Learning and Skills Council Herefordshire and Worcestershire awards. Using her creative skills as a hairdressing student, she is looking to further improve her knowlege in her chosen occupation.
