THERE'S a chance to see how Ledbury amateur thespians plan to wow the judges in the Herefordshire round of the 2004 All England Drama Festival.
The town's dramatic society is performing a double bill from town playwright Barbara Jones in the Market Theatre.
The group is promising evenings of magnificent drama which will explore the tensions underlying two families haunted by the ghosts of their past.
Bitter memories
Shadows Hiding depicts how smiling faces on old photographs hide the secrets of lost love and betrayal while, in Shadows Dancing, the unexpected return of an estranged daughter evokes bitter memories.
The show opens tonight (Thursday), at the Market Theatre and plays until Saturday.
