Leominster 3rd put a dent in Westbury and United Banks 6th's promotion bid by beating them 4-3 at home in the Gerrard West of England and South Wales League North-East West District 4.
Westbury went into the match against mid-table Leominster lying second and this was only their fourth defeat in 19 league matches.
On Saturday Leominster will be aiming to continue to improve on their position when they visit county rivals Hereford 4th who hold a three-point advantage over them.
