ROGER and Scott Moran were in the points when they competed in four rounds of the Nicholson McLaren British Hill Climb Championship at the weekend.
The Orleton-based racers were at Barbon Manor on Saturday. Roger took fourth spot in both run-offs, and Scott scored with a ninth place on his debut at the Cumbrian track.
Competitors crossed the Pennines for two rounds at Harewood in Yorkshire on Sunday.
Roger Moran raced to third in the first run-off, with Scott in seventh.
Scott grabbed fifth in the afternoon runs with Roger taking seventh spot.
Nicholson McLaren British Hill Climb Championship positions after eight rounds: 1 Adam Fleetwood (Great Bolas) 85 points, 2 Graeme Wight Jnr (By Banchorry) 74, 3 Roger Moran (Orleton) 48.
