FUNDRAISERS are out to pull in more pounds for the Leominster swimming pool appeal at a fun day in the beer garden and grounds of the town's Barons Cross Inn on Saturday.
The event starts with a car boot sale between 9am and 2pm and carries on throughout the afternoon and evening with live music, a disco and a bonfire.
Local bands will be performing on an outside stage from 3pm to 9pm. There will be an 'adult free' tuck shop for children and a barbecue for all.
We Want Our Pool spokesman Ian McEwan said people who wanted to give items for a second-hand goods stall could take them to the inn before the event or bring them along on the day.
