THE opportunity for a local artist or craftsperson to be based at the Royal National College for the Blind is open.
The scheme, part of the Creative Industries in Herefordshire Programme, has enabled recent arts graduated to use facilities and studio space and to gain experience in working with students, while receiving a bursary.
