Winners of the Chamber of Commerce Herefordshire and Worcestershire and Business Link Business Awards 2004 will, for the first time this year, go on to the national finals of the British Chambers of Commerce awards with the chance of winning £25,000.
The local Business Awards will be announced in an awards ceremony and dinner on Thursday, June 10, in Worcester Cathedral.
Categories such as Business of the Year, Business Start Up, Best Family Run Business, Best Service Company and others have already been shortlisted.
"The association with the British Chambers of Commerce national awards in London this November is a very exciting one for the Herefordshire and Worcestershire winners," said Christine Jones, chief executive of the Herefordshire and Worcestershire Chamber. "In the two counties, we have been recognising high achieving companies in this way for three years.''
On the night of June 10, the cream of Herefordshire and Worcestershire business figures and organisations will be attending.
