THOSE with a head for heights are wanted to abseil 100ft down a cliff at Symonds Yat.
The event takes place on Sunday, May 9, and is being organised by the Anthony Nolan Trust. The charity describes it as an exhilarating and exciting challenge which has the bonus of helping people with leukaemia.

No previous experience is needed and a team of highly skilled instructors will be present to ensure everyone’s safety.
Volunteers must be over the age of 12, weigh less than 18 stone and aim to raise at least £100 each.
To enter, call 0303 303 3000 or visit anthonynolan.
