PEOPLE wanting to stop smoking, cut back on alcohol, take more exercise and shed weight can get free help in Hereford-shire.
It is being offered by the Health Trainer Service run by NHS Herefordshire and is a phone call away.
Co-ordinator Mike Bosley said they were particularly interested in helping people with multiple lifestyle risk factors and those who had already tried to cut back but couldn’t cope with the pressure.
Those who seek help have an individual trainer and can meet up with them in a community centre or cafe, rather than office or clinic. There is no charge and anyone who wants the support can call 01432 382192 or email healthtrainers@herefordpct.nhs.uk
