startling and evocative voice has enchanted audiences from WOMAD to the South Bank to Sarajevo, and she has appeared with the best in the business, including Youssou N’Dour, Geofrrey Oryema and Martin Carthy.

On Saturday, at Kimbolton Village Hall, she can be heard, with virtuoso musicians Oliver Wilson-Dickson on violin and Luke Carver Goss on accordion, exploring the songs of her homeland, the former Yugoslavia, and its neighbours.

Building on the success of the Balkan super-group Szapora, the trio create music that has been called intimate, passionate and irresistible.

Téa Hodžic, with Oliver Wilson-Dickson and Luke Carver Goss will be at Kimbolton Village Hall on Saturday at 7.30pm.

Tickets are available from 01568 610772 or on the door.
