STAFF at Ross Labels made a shopper’s day after finding her £1,000 gold chain which she accidentally left at the outlet.
Denise Waite from the West Midlands endured a sleepless night after stopping off at Labels and trying on some costume jewellery.
She had taken off her own chain and placed it on a nearby jewellery display fixture.
She rang the store the next morning and within half an hour the gold chain was discovered hidden amongst thousands of pieces of costume jewellery.
Denise Waite said: “I had a very sleepless night indeed. I couldn’t believe my luck when Lynda Price from Labels Outlet Shopping rang me back to give me the fantastic news.
