UPDATE, November 25: The A49 is now REOPENED north of Leominster.
A HUGE road closure is in force on the A49 after Storm Bert caused heavy flooding.
National Highways, which is responsible for the trunk road, said the A49 is closed in both directions between Church Stretton and Hereford due to "significant flooding".
The closure is in place between the A4103 at Holmer and the B4371 at Church Stretton.
