A "gothic" Herefordshire pub could be getting some new owners, as it goes under offer after two months on the market.
The Hostelrie in Goodrich had been on the market with estate agent Sidney Phillips since September.
Now, the pub has been marked as "under offer" by the agents, after being listed with a price tag of £795,000.

The pub is described as standing in the heart of the south Herefordshire village, with a traditional bar along with a restaurant area seating up to 50 guests.
The property also has eight en-suite bedrooms for guests to stay in, along with a two-bedroom owners' home included in the sale.

The current owners reopened the pub in March 2024, with the business holding an AA rosette for dining and is a 4-star Gold Inn under the AA.
The pub's current menu has an emphasis on serving "fresh, seasonal and local dishes", as well as reflecting modern European, Argentinian, and Israeli cuisines.
