A Herefordshire road is to close for five days for essential maintenance works.
Wood End Lane, near Stoke Lacey will be closed from today (November 18) until Friday, November 22, while replacement gully and pipe works are carried out.
In a letter published by Herefordshire council, a spokesperson said due to the type of work that needs to be carried out, a full closure, 24 hours a day would be necessary.
"We will do all we can to provide vehicular access to properties, although there may be times when we are not able to do so safely or there may be delays," they added.
Several other Herefordshire roads will face partial closures next week.
