A HEREFORD garage in a city centre spot is up for sale, with the asking price dropped.
The site, which is currently home to Renotech, is on the market with agents Jackson Property and is available freehold for £375,000.
The site was previously advertised with Chancellors for offers in excess of £500,000, however at the time it had planning permission for the demolition of the garage and development of the site. This permission, which included the building of a 10-apartment block, has now lapsed, said the agents.
The agents said the site in Monkmoor Street, just off Commercial Road, has been operating as a garage and workshop since the 1950s.

It is currently home to Renotech, with the business available by separate negotiation, the agents said.
Jackson Property said the site has a "prominent" position and boasts a detached workshop with integrated office space and an additional parking area and access, as well as mains water and drainage.
Planning permission was granted for the development of the site in December 2019, the agents said, but has lapsed with no technical start. The owners are not looking to extend or reapply for the planning.
