AN axed route between a Herefordshire town and the city of Worcester has been revived, after nearly a year in the making.
Today (September 24) DRM bus services announced that the 420A, which will run between Bromyard and Worcester had made its return, and it will run for a minimum of three years.
The relaunched service will run Mondays to Fridays, with four buses throughout each day leaving from Bromyard's Pump Street to Worcester Bus Station.

The popular route was previously scrapped in 2022, leaving Bromyard with just two buses a day.
The news of the services return was first revealed in a North Bromyard Group Parish Council meeting in September 2023, according to draft minutes, Pete Stoddart said: “The Herefordshire Council transport officer following a meeting with bus operating companies has informed me that pending final financial approval a new 420 route from Bromyard to Worcester, via Whitbourne will operate on Monday to Saturday."
