A HEREFORD “healthy fast food” stall is going from strength to strength, as it prepares to open a brand new store.
Rose and Ramble, who were previously in Hereford’s Old Market, have announced that they will be moving to a more permanent premises in Widemarsh street, taking their mouth-watering selection of acai bowls and superfood smoothies with them.
The business was born in June 2023, after the owners were inspired by their travels, discovering “exotic tropical flavours”, and desperately wanting to introduce their new culinary finds to the city.

The owners Ben Cramp and Georgia Powell said that the cart in the Old market had been a great first step for them to test their products and find their feet, but are now extremely excited and eager to be taking over a bigger space for their delicious offerings and to accommodate their loyal customers.
“We’re planning on splitting the space into a prep kitchen and storage facility at the back end, then creating a travel inspired experience for our customers to enjoy, giving that holiday feeling no matter what the weather is doing outside.
“The new café will give us chance to expand our menu, bringing fresh and healthy food to Hereford alongside speciality coffees and drinks," they said.
Their Old Market stall offered an impressive nine different varieties of acai bowls. From a fruity and refreshing ‘Mango sunrise’, packed full of granola, pineapple, goji berries, and several other natural ingredients, to the ‘Biscoff one’ featuring a rich Biscoff spread combined with bee pollen, banana, cacao nibs, and Biscoff drizzle. All the bowls, which start at £9.50, have an acai berry base.

The owners have previously said they are committed to creating an inclusive and supportive environment for everyone, regardless of dietary preferences or lifestyle choices.
The owners have said they hope to be opening the doors to both new and old customers in the new year, and are excited to transform the space.
The grade II listed building which they will be moving into, was previously vacant for many years, but now the owners, Herefordshire Council, have concluded a lease on the shop with the healthy food company.
