AN IT worker has been banned from the roads after he broke the law in Hereford.

Simon Chittick entered a guilty plea to one count of failing to provide a specimen for analysis while in charge of a vehicle when he appeared before magistrates in Hereford earlier this month.

The court heard from prosecutor Thomas Wickstead that the 48-year-old had caught the attention of a woman who filed a police report on July 10. She told police she was "concerned about a driver on the road" and gave Chittick's vehicle details.
