AN ATTACKER who targeted police has avoided being locked up after committing an offence while subject to a community order.
Diago Biddle entered a guilty plea to one count of failing to comply with the requirements of a c community order when he appeared before magistrates in Hereford earlier this month.
The court heard from the probation service that the 19-year-old had failed to attend two appointments on May 14 and June 3 with no reasonable excuse.
The community order was made by Worcester Magistrates’ Court on April 20 after Biddle attacked one police officer by beating, damaged her glasses, and harassed another officer.

Biddle, of Foster Crescent, Leominster, has been ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £154 and court costs of £400.
