The charge comes after police cordoned off the barber shop in the busy Hereford road on August 17.
A police officer could be seen on duty guarding the cordon at the time.
The shop, which is situated in the south of the city near the supermarket, Asda was previously home to a fish and chip shop, before Best Trim's opening in April 2023.
