Three people have been injured in a crash near a Herefordshire A road.
A spokesperson for the ambulance service has said that crews were called to the scene of the crash yesterday (September 6) near Bredenbury at 3.31pm.
Police officers, an air ambulance and paramedics attended the scene, and on arrival found three patients, a woman and two girls, who were all treated for injuries not believed to be serious and then taken to the county hospital.
Two Hereford & Worcester Fire and Rescue Service crews – one each from Bromyard and Leominster Fire Stations were also called at 15:45 to the crash in Woodland Way, Bromyard.
The fire service said that five casualties were handed over to the care of the ambulance service, however the ambulance service have said that only three were classed as patients.
Drivers near the scene faced lengthier journeys last night, after the A44 Worcester Road remained closed for hours yesterday evening, eventually reopening around 7.30pm.
