Passengers heading through a Herefordshire station earlier faced lengthy journeys, after trains were cancelled through the station.
West Midlands Railway, which operates services from Hereford through Ledbury and Colwall to Worcester and Birmingham, previously said that all routes through Ledbury station would be disrupted, due to a tree blocking the railway.

The West Midlands Railway Service announced that all train services that were running through Ledbury station would be disrupted this evening due to the unexpected incident.
The rail service, in a post on X said: “Due to a tree blocking the railway at Ledbury train services through this station may be subject to disruption on all routes”.

However, only 45 minutes after announcing the expected disruptions, the rail service said that travel would be returning to normal, saying the disruption had now cleared.
Trains can now pass through the market town station, with next train from Hereford to Worcester scheduled for 10pm.
