FIREFIGHTERS have been battling a Herefordshire house fire overnight.
A crew from Ledbury fire stations was called to help battle the blaze at a home in the town's New Street.
Herefordshire firefighters were joined at the house by another crew from Malvern Fire Station, who came over the county border to help deal with the fire last night (September 1).
A spokesperson for Hereford and Worcester Fire and Rescue Service said that the crews were called at 9.36pm, and people were reported to be inside a flat in the building when it caught fire.
"All persons were accounted for and one overhead electric radiator isolated," said the spokesperson.

"No other emergency services were required."
Firefighters left the scene just half an hour after the call, at 10.06pm.
