A MAN who stole chocolate, vapes and more from two Herefordshire shops has been handed a drug rehabilitation order.
Luke Fenn admitted stealing chocolate, vapes, meat, suncream and other groceries from Morrisons in Leominster and WH Smith in Hereford between June 16 and July 25.
The 35-year-old also breached a criminal behaviour order by entering Morrisons on several occasions, as he had previously been banned from the shop.
He entered guilty pleas to four counts of theft from a shop and three counts of breaching a criminal behaviour order when he appeared before magistrates in Worcester this month.
Fenn, of Pomona Place in Hereford, received a two-and-a-half-year drug rehabilitation order with Turning Point in Hereford and must provide samples for six months. He will be under the direction of a suitably qualified member of the team, based at the offices in Hereford.

He also has to attend up to 30 days of rehabilitation activities with the probation service.
Fenn was not ordered to pay any court costs due to his limited means and time he has already spent in custody.
Fenn’s guilty pleas were taken into account by magistrates when they imposed his sentence.
