The court heard from the prosecutor that the 60-year-old had attacked two men in Hereford on two occasions, both on the same day, which was November 25 last year.
His guilty pleas were taken into account by magistrates and he was given a conditional discharge of 12 months meaning he will not be sentenced for the offence unless he commits further offences within the next 12 months. He must also pay £85 in prosecution costs and a £26 victim surcharge.
Williams, of Harewood End, was represented at the Magistrates' Court hearing by defence solicitor Chris Read of the law firm GC Law. He was prosecuted by Camila Toscano of the Crown Prosecution Service in the West Midlands.
