A CLASS A drug has been ordered to be destroyed after it was found in the possession of a Hereford man.
Marcin Pomykala entered a guilty plea to one count of possessing a controlled class A drug, namely cocaine, when he appeared before magistrates in Hereford in August.
The court heard from Crown Prosecution Service prosecutor Paul John that the 34-year-old had been caught in possession of a quantity of controlled class A drug cocaine in Hereford on October 2, 2022.

Pomykala, of Coleridge Crescent, Hereford, was handed an £80 fine following the offence, with magistrates saying they took his guilty plea into account.
The cocaine was ordered to be forfeited and destroyed under section 27 of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971.
He was ordered to pay prosecution costs to the Crown Prosecution Service of £50. No victim surcharge was ordered to be paid by the defendant.
