THE Chancellor has announced that she has scrapped the winter fuel payment for many pensioners.

Very unfair for many being that Labour say they are for fairness for all.

Surely it would have been fairness to have means tested every pensioner and those who do not really need it could have it stopped while those who really need it kept the payment.
Labour, as per usual, robbing Peter to pay Paul. She needs to rethink her decision.
