A DOG walker has been injured in a hit and run in Herefordshire.
The victim, who has suffered injuries to his wrists and shoulder, was hit by the wing mirror of a car while walking his dog in a narrow country lane between Archenfield and Dorstone at around 7.30pm on Saturday, August 3.
Police constable Jeff Rouse, of Herefordshire's Golden Valley safer neighbourhood team, said the offending vehicle, which is believed to have been a pick-up or 4x4, was heading towards Dorstone when it hit the walker, who was just past the underground reservoir.
