A NISSAN driver has been banned and ordered to pay hundreds after he was caught driving without paying due care and attention.
Michael Greene was found guilty of one count of driving a mechanically propelled vehicle on a road without due care and attention.
The court heard that the 31-year-old had been caught out behind the wheel of a Nissan Juke on the A4103 in Cradley on October 16 last year.
He was said to have been driving without due care and attention.

Greene, of Grove Street, Dudley, was fined £660 and disqualified from driving for six months at his sentencing in Hereford on July 24. He did not attend the hearing and was found guilty in his absence.
He was ordered to pay prosecution costs of £110 and a £196 victim surcharge, which is used to help fund services supporting victims of crime.
He was also given nine notional penalty points.
