THIEVES have struck at a number of properties in Herefordshire in recent days, making off with quad bikes and attempting to steal a Land Rover.
Police in the north of the county are on the hunt for information after the thefts were reported last week.
Bromyard police community support officer Toby Stephenson said a Yamaha Grizzly 550 quad bike (incident number 90_I_13072024) was stolen from Whyle Lane in Pudleston overnight on July 12 to 13.

A second quad bike and a trailer were stolen from a property in Edvin Loach, near Bromyard (incident number 125_I_13072024) on the same night, PCSO Stephenson said, although no further details were given about the stolen quad or trailer.
And sometime between the morning of July 11 and the morning of July 12, an attempt was made to steal a Land Rover in the area of Bell Lane in Pudleston, PCSO Stephenson said (incident number 148_I_12072024).

"The attempt was unsuccessful on this occasion, however there have been several incidents reported over the course of a couple of days in the area," he said.
