A FORMER Hereford church building with 'development potential' is up for sale.
The former Grace Church Christian Centre in Hereford's Holmer Street is on the market with agents Sunderlands for offers over £120,000.
The agents said the freehold site, which has potential for renovation, residential, or alternative development, is being offered by informal tender.
The detached former church centre occupies a "prominent corner position" in the street, the agents said, and comes with a good-sized plot in a popular residential area.

Sunderlands said the property does require remedial works and appears to be constructed of load-bearing brickwork under felted pitched and mono-pitched rooves.
Most of the doors and windows are UPVC and the building is elevated on a blockwork plinth due to the sloping site, the agents said, while there is a timber shed to the rear of the premises.
The rest of the site is largely grassed, apart from what appears to have been a gravelled parking area accessed from Crossfields, and the paved entrance to the building from Holmer Street.
Inside, the property offers a reception hall or lobby area with ladies and gents toilets, two offices, a kitchen, and a main hall.
