I TOTALLY agree with Chris Chappell about having the library in Maylord Orchard as I have previously said to put it in the Shirehall is a very backward, expensive step (Letters, October 5).

The Shirehall is a very backward step. We need the library now, not when the Shirehall has been repaired.
