I THOROUGHLY object to the imposition of a major national retailer on the county town of Leominster (‘Fear’ about chain store’s impact on county shops, October 5).
We have enough with B&Q, but that is a retailer out of town, not imposed on what is now a historic town centre, which has a character easily ruined by corporate ideals rather than local wishes.
