IS it just me or is anyone else having trouble with the Hereford Medical Group?

I have leg ulcers on both of my legs which are being treated with dressings and compression bandages and should be changed at least once a week. At the moment, it’s every two weeks.

What are your thoughts?

The last time I tried to contact them, it took me over an hour! I know of at least one nurse who has left the practice recently. I have no problems with Hereford County Hospital, their system is fine. But sorry, HMG, your system is not working.
