A DRINK-driver caught out in a busy Hereford street while over the limit has been banned from the roads for more than three years.
Jerzy Kapuscinski was found guilty of one count of driving while over the alcohol limit when he appeared before magistrates in Hereford in September.
He had previously entered a not guilty plea to the charge at an earlier hearing.

The court heard from prosecutor Andrew Mitchinson that the 62-year-old had been caught out in Hereford's Hoarwithy Road after getting behind the wheel of a green Ford Focus while over the drink-driving limit on May 19.
An evidential breath test revealed that he had 56 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes.
Kapuscinski, of Homestead, Hereford, was fined £525 and disqualified from driving for 40 months for the offence.
He was also ordered to pay prosecution costs of £775 and a £210 victim surcharge, which is used to help fund services supporting victims of crime.
