A MAN has admitted to exposing his genitals in a Herefordshire town.
James Tomlinson, of Newlands Lane, Workington, Cumbria committed the offence in Ross-on-Wye on February 18.
The 29-year-old pleaded guilty at a hearing at Hereford Magistrates Court on August 24.
Tomlinson, who was represented by Marilena Di Vitantonio, has been told he has to register with the police for a period of five years.
He was given unconditional bail to appear back in court on September 25.
