A DRUG-driver has been handed a three-year ban after he was caught drug-driving on a busy Herefordshire road.
William Kibble entered a guilty plea to one count of driving while over the drug limit when he appeared before magistrates in Hereford in August.
The court heard from prosecutor Tom Wickstead that the 23-year-old had been caught out in Ross-on-Wye's Wilton Road after getting behind the wheel of a blue Volkswagen Golf while over the drug-driving limit on April 4.

An evidential blood test revealed that he had three microgrammes of class B controlled drug cannabis product delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol per litre of blood. The legal limit is two.
Kibble, of Sellack, Ross-on-Wye, was disqualified from driving for three years and fined £120 for the offence, with magistrates saying they had taken his guilty plea into account when imposing the penalty.
He was also ordered to pay prosecution costs of £135 and a £48 victim surcharge.
