A FORD driver caught out in Hereford while more than twice the limit has been banned from the roads.
Alfie Davis entered a guilty plea to one count of driving while over the alcohol limit when he appeared before magistrates in Hereford in July.
The court heard from prosecutor Mark Hambling that the 19-year-old had been caught behind the wheel of a Ford while over the drink-driving limit in Hereford's Grandstand Road on May 19.

An evidential breath test revealed that he had 78 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, more than twice the legal limit of 35.
Davis, of The Tanyard, Bromyard, was fined £184 and disqualified from driving for 20 months, with magistrates saying they had taken his guilty plea into account when imposing the penalty.
He was also ordered to pay prosecution costs of £135 and a £74 victim surcharge, which is used to help fund services supporting victims of crime.
