A HEREFORDSHIRE inn with panoramic views over the river Wye is on the market.
The Inn on the Wye at Kerne Bridge, near Ross-on-Wye, is being marketed by agents Christie and Co for a guide price of £125,000 (leasehold).
Dating in parts back to the mid 17th century, the inn has been added to and updated over the years, but still retains period features.
Set on a three-acre site, the inn offers 12 en-suite letting bedrooms, a function suite with bar, kitchen, and garden, and an 80-cover restaurant, the agents said.
The function suite, which is licensed for up to 200 guests and, according to the agents, is "ideal for celebration and especially weddings, for which the venue is licensed", are accessed from the rear.
Of the 12 letting rooms, six are in the main building, and the rest in a purpose-built accommodation building to the rear of the car park, the agents said, with two offering four-poster beds and one set up as a family room to sleep seven.

Outside, there are 20 picnic benches with seating for up to 120 people and a double decker bus serving as a soft play area to the front of the building, while the private function suite garden offers "panoramic views" to the Wye.
The inn comes with its own car park, while the rest of the grounds are given to woodland.
An attached two-bedroom cottage offers owners accommodation, while further accommodation is available in a separate unit to the rear of the car park.
Christie and Co said that there is scope to build business at the free-of-tie venue, which has a current net turnover of £712,000 per annum, in all areas, especially weddings and private functions.
