A POPULAR dining pub in Herefordshire is on the market.
The Three Horseshoes in Little Cowarne, near Bromyard, is up for sale with agents Sidney Phillips.
The agents said the pub is available leasehold for £25,000 or freehold for £425,000.
The country pub comes complete with two en-suite letting bedrooms, a main bar and games room with capacity for 40 plus, a restaurant with capacity for 40, and a conservatory dining area with capacity for 16, the agents said.

It also offers three-bedroom owners' accommodation.
Outside, there is car parking and "charming" gardens.
Sidney Phillips said the pub has an annual turnover of £322,470 net of VAT.
The pub, which says it welcomes drinkers, foodies, walkers, children, and dogs, promises good food and a warm welcome, offering everything from a quick pint or coffee and cake to takeaways or three-course dinners., with carveries on Sundays.
It currently enjoys a 4.5 out of five star rating on reviews website Tripadvisor, with visitors praising the "beautiful" Sunday carvery and home-made puddings.
The pub currently has a five-star "very good" food hygiene rating.
