AS a cyclist and car driver, the minimal one-way-only stretch of cycle lane was totally and wrongly conceived and way over budget.
I wholeheartedly agree it would have been better allocated for blue badge holders, as there are two surgeries and pharmacists in St Owen Street.
This is indicative of a wasteful, out-of-touch council. No wonder Hereford city centre is dying on its feet and shops and businesses failing.
