WITH regards to the case of John Price’s prosecution by the Environment Agency, he was wrong in what he did, but it was done with good intentions.
Jailing him is grossly wrong.
It is strange that the EA doesn’t prosecute the sewage-dumping water authorities who pollute most rivers.
