A FORMER coach depot with outline planning permission for 10 homes is up for sale with a million pound price tag.
Brandon Villa, off Hereford's A49 Ross Road, is on the market with agents Sunderlands.
The property is up for sale by informal tender with a guide of offers in excess of £1,000,000.
The agents said the site, which extends to two acres, includes a 1960s home and block built workshop with a hard-surfaced yard.
It comes with outline planning consent for four detached homes and two pairs of semi-detached homes.

The house on the site is in good condition, Sunderlands said, but will need to be demolished as part of the scheme.
The site is bordered to the south by agricultural land, with far-reaching views, while Sunderlands said the proposed development "blends in well with the existing dwellings situated along Grafton Lane with the benefit of the larger detached properties taking full advantage of the location".
Mains water and electricity are available for connection, while mains drainage connection is situated on the A49, the agents said.
The property is for sale by informal tender. The tender deadline is 12 noon on April 21.
