A HEREFORDSHIRE man has been back up before a court after failing to turn up for unpaid work.
Jay Daniel Marsh admitted one count of failing to comply with the requirements of a community order when he appeared before magistrates in Kidderminster in March.
The court heard from the probation service that the 21-year-old had failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order imposed by magistrates in Hereford on November 16.

He had failed to attend unpaid work appointments he had been instructed to attend by his supervising officer on January 3 and January 10, the court heard.
He had then failed to provide acceptable evidence to cover the absence within five working days.
The order was varied, and Marsh, of Old Market Close, Ross-on-Wye, was ordered to carry out a further 25 hours of unpaid work.
No order was made for prosecution costs due to his lack of means.
